В ходе дискуссии Галушин представил планы на 2025 год, разработанные совместно с участниками рынка. Предложено внедрение мер против манипуляций с договорами ОСАГО, включая предотвращение многократных изменений личных данных страхователей и блокирование фиктивных сделок. Планируется также введение нового механизма регистрации транспортных средств, обеспечивающего точность информации о моделях и марках, что уменьшит расхождения при оценке парков застрахованных автомобилей.
Галушин обратил внимание на чувствительность информации, касающейся размеров комиссионных вознаграждений и объемов бизнеса через посредников, хранящейся в АИС страхования. Эти данные полезны не только операторам, но и регулирующим органам. Страховщики могут использовать эту информацию для оценки рисков и разработки стратегий работы с агентами, особенно теми, чьи показатели убыточности или расторжения договоров вызывают опасения.
Таким образом, эта инициатива направлена на борьбу с недобросовестными посредниками, использующими уязвимости информационных систем для искажения данных о транспортных средствах и страхователях.
